WARRANTY

Lifelockcomputers offers a One Year Parts & Labor warranty for laptops and desktop computers, unless specified differently on the product page when purchased.

Throughout the Warranty duration, Lifelockcomputers will, at our option:

• Offer assistance through phone or email to help customers with technical problems concerning their computer's hardware.

• Supply spare components to fix broken or faulty computers.

• Provide an alternative that matches in value and functionality.

• Laptop batteries are used up over time and thus come with a warranty of just 90 days.

Our Warranty does not include:

• Problems concerning external software, such as malware, spyware, or viruses.

• Loss of data or corruption of data

• Items that do not show the specified ground for return

• Items lacking, damaged, or unreadable serial number label

• No physical damage reported at the time of delivery. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to Customer Service right away after receiving it.

Return Shipping for Warranty Service:

We will issue a pre-paid return label within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all Online Orders made before 1:00 PM CST (Monday–Friday) on the same business day. Orders made after 1:00 PM, during weekends, or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

Kindly be aware:

• FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, nor does it operate on Sundays/holidays.

• USPS does not provide delivery on Sundays/holidays and lacks insurance coverage.

• Information about tracking will be emailed. Once your order has shipped, you can monitor it on the carrier's website.

• At present, we only deliver within the U.S. and its territories.
